PAS Hires Programs Coordinator

PAS is thrilled to announce that Alison Mitchell will be joining the staff of the Percussive Arts Society as our new Programs Coordinator. As Programs Coordinator, Alison will directly with PAS Programs Manager and PAS Membership Manager on such programs as PAS Chapters, Days of Percussion, Competitions, and PASIC®.

Alison Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Northwestern State University of Louisiana, where she studied percussion under Mr. Kenneth Green and Mr. Oliver Molina. During her time at Northwestern State University, Alison participated in a variety of ensembles and spent her summers teaching. After graduating, she served as the Assistant Director of Percussion for the Rockwall High School feeder pattern in Rockwall, Texas for two years before accepting an internship with the Percussive Arts Society.
